CHAPINO 
Mix together (mixture) :

4 qts. Swiss chard, chopped coarsely
1/2 c. parsley
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. fresh marjoram
2 tbsp. fresh rosemary
2 tbsp. fresh sage
2 tbsp. fresh thyme
4 tbsp. fresh sweet basil

Use 1/4 as much of marjoram, rosemary, sage, thyme and sweet basil if using dried.

LIQUID:

2 lg. cans whole, peeled tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can water
3/4 c. olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cook 30 minutes. Add 3/4 cup sherry and 3/4 cup white wine. In large pot, put mixture in layers. Chard and seasoning: White fish, chard plus prawns, chard plus crab, chard plus clams, chard plus. Pour hot liquid over mixture.
