ARTICHOKES AU GRATIN 
2 pkgs. frozen artichoke hearts
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash white pepper
1/2 c. reserved artichoke juice
1 1/2 c. hot milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese, or more if you like
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook artichoke hearts according to package directions, adding salt and lemon juice to water. Drain off liquid and reserve one-half cup. Place artichokes in flat baking dish. In a large bowl, melt butter; add salt, pepper, mustard and flour and stir until smooth. Add artichoke liquid and milk gradually, stirring constantly, until thick. Add egg and one-half of the cheeses; stir well and pour over artichokes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses, bread crumbs and paprika. Bake until thoroughly heated. This dish may be prepared ahead and frozen, or refrigerated. Serves 6 to 8.
