ORANGE TEA LOAF 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
Zest of one orange
2 eggs
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1/2 c. sour cream
2/3 c. butter

Mix together in a large bowl with a fork: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and zest of orange (finely grated). In another bowl stir until blended: eggs, orange juice and sour cream. Add melted and cooled butter. Stir liquids into flour mixture until just blended. Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
