SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk (more or less) depending on consistency
2/3 c. bread crumbs

Mix and form into large balls. Fry lightly in frying pan with a speck of oil, just until brown.

1 pkg. French Au Jus gravy

Prepare gravy according to directions. Put in casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cut 6 holes in aluminum foil while baking otherwise meatballs harden on top. Keep foil on the whole time while baking.
