SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can yams, drained
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix yams with sugar and vanilla. Use mixer and beat until smooth. Add butter, eggs, and milk. Mix coconut, nuts, sugar, and butter together until crumbly. Put on top of sweet potatoes. (Don't put on until ready to bake.) Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
