SWEET ROLLS 
2 boxes yellow Jiffy cake mix
5 c. flour
3 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. water

Use 1/2 cup water to dissolve yeast. Mix and knead. Raise until double in size. Roll out on board and cut into sweet rolls. Yield: 3 dozen.

CARAMEL TOPPING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. white sugar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans

Melt together first 3 ingredients; add pecans. Put rolls in 8-inch pan. Pour caramel over rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
