3 lbs. powdered sugar 1 cube butter 1 can sweetened condensed Eagle Brand milk Approx. 3-4 tsp. peppermint extract Cream all except sugar; add sugar slowly. Mix with hands. Roll into balls. Between palms, flatten on cookie sheet. Freeze. Drop in chocolate to cover. Freeze in jar until needed. Can use other toppings or leave as mints only. Mmmm good! |
