VENUS DEMILO SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. chicken broth (College Inn, etc.)
1 qt. water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 stalks celery
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. Orzo (type of macaroni)
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Fry hamburger until browned. Drain off fat. Add chicken broth, water, and onion soup. Chop and add celery. Boil slowly for 20 minutes. Add tomatoes, vegetables, and Orzo macaroni. Bring to a boil. Boil slowly for 15 minutes. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Feeds 6 hungry souls.
