1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/2 inches. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds, in blender on high or 1 minutes with hand mixer. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
