STRAWBERRY BROWNIE TORTE 
1 pkg. brownie mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. (4 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping
1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 c. cold water

Grease 2 nine inch round layer cake pans. Line them with wax paper - up to sides of pans. Grease wax paper. Prepare brownie mix per the packaged instructions. Pour mixture into prepared pans. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until top springs up when touched. Cool. Turn out onto a cooling racks.

In a large bowl, mix condensed milk and water. Beat in pudding mix and chill 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping.

Place 1 layer of brownies on serving plate. Pour chilled mixture on brownie layer. Top with sliced strawberries. Repeat with 2nd brownie layer on top of first.
