PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
7 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, brown sugar and cut in butter to make crumbly mixture. Save 1/2 cup for topping and press remainder in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool slightly. Combine cheese, sugar and pumpkin, eggs, spices and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle with remaining topping. Top with pecans, bake 35 minutes, cool completely before cutting.
