ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN OR FISH 
4 chicken breast, skinned
1/2 c. oil free Italian dressing
3/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Wash meat and dip in oil free Italian dressing. Roll in Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Exchanges: 3 proteins; 1/2 bread; 1/2 fat.
