NACHO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, cut up
3/4 c. water
1 (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (11 oz.) pkg. Tostitos brand tortilla chips

Brown meat; drain. Add tomatoes and green chilies, water and seasoning mix. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in half of process cheese spread. Place chips in 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Top with remaining process cheese spread. Continue baking until process cheese spread begins to melt. Top with tomatoes.
