LIGHT TARTAR SAUCE | |
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish 2 tsp. minced onions 1 tsp. prepared horseradish 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1 drop hot pepper sauce In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors. Stir before serving. Makes 2/3 cup. 10 calories. |
