AUNT LILLY'S PEA SALAD 
1 can young, tender sweet peas, drained (15 oz.)
1 pkg. Longhorn style cheddar cheese, grated (9 oz.)
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 tbsp. diced onion (opt.)
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Add mayonnaise by heaping tablespoons, one at a time, until well mixed and moistened.
