NO BAKE CHEESECAKE | |
1 1/3 pkgs. graham crackers, crushed 1/4 c. butter Mix well and pat into approximately 9x13 inch pan reserving 3 tbsp. crumbs for top. FILLING: 1 c. boiling water 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese 1 (13 oz.) can Carnation milk 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Mix boiling water with gelatin; chill until slightly thickened. Beat cream cheese while slowly adding milk. Add gelatin. Beat until frothy. Mix in sugar and vanilla well. Slowly pour over crumbs and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill until set. |
