POTATOES WITH CHEESE 
5 lbs. red potatoes
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Milk as needed for mashing

Peel, cut and cook potatoes. While mashing, add milk as needed and the other ingredients listed above. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 60 minutes. Potatoes will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
