CHEESE SOUP 
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1 1/2 c. potatoes, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. red and green pepper, chopped
14 oz. chicken broth
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can evaporated milk
16 oz. cheese whiz

Saute onions. Add other vegetables and cook 5 minutes. Add broth and simmer until all vegetables are cooked. Add soup, milk and cheese. Simmer no longer than 30 minutes.
