CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. celery salt
2 tbsp. paprika
6 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. salad oil or shortening

Mix all together (except bread crumbs, butter, and salad oil-shortening). Coat all pieces of chicken well and let stand in the sour cream mixture overnight. When ready to bake, roll chicken in bread crumbs. Put in a shallow pan and bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix melted butter and oil together and pour over each chicken pieces. Return to oven and bake 15-20 more minutes until golden.
