CHEESE STRATA 
12 slices white bread
3/4 lb. sharp processed cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (cooked & drained)
2 c. diced ham
6 slightly beaten eggs
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cut 12 donuts and holes. Use 9 x 13 pan. Put scraps from bread in bottom of pan (no crusts).

Layer: cheese, broccoli, ham; arrange donuts and holes over top.

Combine eggs, etc. Pour over top. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake 55 minutes 325 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
