BAKED CUSTARD 
1 c. milk
1 egg
Artificial sweetener to equal 1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt

Break egg into small mixing bowl and beat slightly. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into damp custard cups and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in 350 degree oven in a shallow pan of water 40-50 minutes. A knife inserted in the center will come out clean when custard is done.
