1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick melted butter

2ND LAYER:

1 pkg. softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix 1st Layer well and press on bottom of pan. Mix 2nd Layer well, spread over 1st Layer. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Until top is golden brown.
