PISTACHIO FUDGE SWIRL CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 3/4 oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 can Pillsbury ready to spread chocolate fudge frosting supreme
2 to 3 drops green food coloring

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Add dry pudding mix at low speed until moist. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Add almond extract and food coloring, blend until color is even. Reserve 2 cups of batter. Pour remaining batter into prepared tube pan.

To the reserved batter add 1 cup of the fudge frosting, blend well. Spoon over the batter in tube pan. Swirl batter lightly with a knife. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Cool upright in pan 15 minutes. Invert on serving plate. Heat the remaining frosting and pour over the cake for a glaze.
