1 sm. head cabbage 1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 1 c. cooked rice 1 lg. onion 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 cans tomato soup, diluted Fry onion and butter; set aside to cool. Mix ground beef, rice, salt, and pepper. Add to butter and onion mixture. Roll into balls. Bottom of pan, put some tomato soup. Add layer of balls. Chop up raw cabbage and alternate rows. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 to 350 degrees. |
