BLENDER BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. minced onions
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Dash ground nutmeg
Dairy sour cream
Snipped parsley

Partially thaw broccoli; break in small pieces. Place in blender container with 1/2 cup milk. Blend until broccoli is very fine. Add remaining milk and next 6 ingredients. Blend until smooth, 45 to 60 seconds. Chill thoroughly. Serve with spoons of sour cream and parsley if you like.
