MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. ground pork
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. refried beans
1/2 c. taco sauce
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed

Brown pork and onion; pour off fat and reduce heat. Add salt, stir in beans and taco sauce. Cool on low for 5 minutes, stirring in cheese until melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
