RIPE OLIVE DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 1/2 oz. chopped black olives
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Mix together by hand, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Combine with black olives and onions. Serve with crackers. Too easy to be so good!

I made this and it's so good I was eating it with a spoon. To heck with a cracker! I wonder what it would be like if you used Kalamata olives. That's what I'll try next time. And there will be a next time.
