CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cut in strips
1 c. crabmeat
1/2 c. sm. shrimp
2 c. light cream
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of cayenne
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sherry (optional)
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Line the pie shell with the cheese. Cover with layer of crabmeat and shrimp. Combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over the seafood. Refrigerate or freeze.

When ready to serve, bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
