SWISS QUICHE 
6 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. (12 oz.) Swiss cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons bacon fat. Add onion, cook until tender. Combine eggs, sour cream, onions, salt, cheese, crumbled bacon and a dash of pepper. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
