MACARONI SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) box lg. macaroni, cooked, drained
6 ribs chopped celery
2 green peppers, chopped
6 green onions, with tops, chopped
1 sm. jar chopped pimientos
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. chopped American cheese, or your choice
Salt & black pepper
Dressing: equal parts of mayo & sour cream

Mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
