CHERRY TOPPED CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 graham cracker crust, premade or made as follows

Mix 1 cup crushed graham crackers into crumbs with 3 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 cup softened butter. If the crust is made with graham cracker crumbs, chill the crust for 1 hour before adding the filling.

FILLING:

1 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix together.

Beat the cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until creamy. Blend in the Cool Whip. Spread the pie filling over the top. Chill for 3 hours.
