PEANUT BUTTER CUP PIE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. whipped topping
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. miniature chocolate morsels

Prick bottom and sides of pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Combine next 7 ingredients, beat on medium speed until well blended. Pour chocolate mixture into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Combine cream cheese, whipped topping, peanut butter, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until smooth. Spread over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Chill well.
