PEANUT BUTTER FLUFF PIE 
4 eggs
1 c. butter, softened
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
2 c. 4X sugar
3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
1 c. heavy cream
1 baked 10-inch pie shell
Shaved chocolate for garnish

Beat eggs, 3/4 cup of the butter, melted chocolate, and the sugar for 5 full minutes until thick and smooth.

In separate bowl, beat peanut butter with remaining 1/4 cup butter. While beating, add up to 1/3 cup cream to make peanut butter a spreadable consistency that will swirl readily into chocolate mixture.

Spoon chocolate mixture into pie shell. Swirl peanut butter into chocolate mixture. Beat remaining heavy cream until thick enough to spread across top of pie. Garnish cream with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
