PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 c. (8 oz.) crunchy peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 pie crusts (graham cracker or chocolate wafer)

Mix peanut butter and cream cheese until fluffy on medium speed. Add powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Pour into 2 pie shells and garnish with chocolate shavings. Freeze overnight.
