BLENDER PANCAKES 
1/2 c. rolled oats (or whole wheat flour)
1 c. cottage cheese (or tofu)
1 tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
4 eggs
Up to 1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Put all but the milk into blender and process at medium speed until smooth. Add milk until batter is like medium-thick pancake batter. Cook as usual.

Makes about 12 (5-6 inch) pancakes. Good served with hot applesauce, fruit puree, or butter and cinnamon -sugar. (May add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda if cottage cheese is very sour.)
