CHOCOLATE LAYER SURPRISE | |
1 pie crust, browned & cooled 1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding 2 c. milk 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 sm. carton whipping cream 1/2 c. granulated sugar 3/4 c. walnuts or pecans 1 sm. Hershey candy bar 9 inch pie pan. After you have the pie crust ready, begin by making instant pudding as directed on package with 2 cups of milk. Pour half of pudding on the crust, spread evenly. Set in refrigerator. Take carton whipping cream, whip until it peaks. Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar. Cream cheese and 1/2 cup powdered sugar, beat until creamy. Add it to whipping cream, blend, then add walnuts or pecans. Pour half of this mixture on top of chocolate pudding in the pie crust. Then take the other half of chocolate pudding and pour on top of whipping cream and cream cheese mixture. Now put the rest of the mixture on top. Grate Hershey candy bar and sprinkle on top. Serves 6. |
