POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 sticks butter
1 pkg. bow tie noodles
6 to 8 lg. potatoes
2 to 3 lg. onions

Boil noodles as directed on the package, drain, and add 1 stick of butter and 1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese. Stir until butter and cheese are melted and noodles are coated. Spray 9 x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray (Pam), and spread noodles evenly in the pan. Peel and boil potatoes until done, drain, mash potatoes, and add 1 stick of butter an 1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese. Mix well and layer in pan over the noodles. Peel and slice onions, and brown in skillet with 1 stick of butter. When browned, add 1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese and mix well. Pour onion mixture over potato layer. Bake casserole in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Finished casserole tastes like pierogis.
