STEAK AND GRAVY 
This is a family recipe and it is absolutely delicious. My mother used to make this once a week, and it became my favorite meal very quickly.

any type of steak (I use round steak)
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of celery

Cut steak down into smaller pieces. Stir soups together in Crock-Pot, add steak. Mix together well. Keep on high overnight and turn to low in morning. This cooks in about 8 to 10 hours. Stir occasionally.

Note: The steak becomes very very tender and falls apart, that's when you know its done!

Serves about 6 people. You can serve with buttered rolls. Enjoy.
