8 oz. pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. bouillon
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped bell pepper
3/4 c. tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese

Press biscuits into 9 inch pie pan to make crust. Brown turkey. Sprinkle with bouillon. Add onion and bell pepper. Add tomato paste, water and taco seasoning. Put 1/2 mixture into crust; spread with 1/2 cheese over top. Layer with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until crust is done.
