1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 to 1 c. peanut butter (optional)

Mix all ingredients; melt in microwave until chocolate melts. Mix well with electric mixer. Butter pan and pour fudge in to set. Cut in squares.
