3 c. cut rhubarb 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel 3 tbsp. flour 1/8 tsp. salt 1 recipe plain pastry 2 tbsp. butter Combine the first 5 ingredients. Fill pie crust. Dot with butter and adjust top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
