CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
18 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can pie filling (blueberry or cherry)
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla in mixer. Place 1 vanilla wafer in cupcake liner. Put cream cheese filling on top of wafer (half full). Place in cupcake tin and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees. When cool, top with desired pie filling.
