1/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. brandy
A few drops of Tabasco sauce

Heat the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar with 1/4 cup water until honey and sugar are dissolved. Blend this mixture thoroughly with the remaining ingredients. You may use this sauce to brush on meat for the last half hour of cooking.
