PINEAPPLE BRAISED PORK CHOPS 
4 rib chops
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. pineapple juice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Brown chops over medium heat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add juice and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until chops are done, about 15 to 50 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chops). Add water (or more juice), if necessary.
