PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE CHUNKS 
1 c. chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lg. eggs
1 (21.5 oz.) box brownie mix
1/2 c. water
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. unsalted, skinless peanuts, or use walnuts

Blend all ingredients, except chips and nuts, with electric beater, 2 minutes, scraping sides as needed. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a foil lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool on a wire rack.
