1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet morsels 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut (1 1/2 c.) 1 c. chopped nuts Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). In 13 x 9 inch pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs over butter; pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top evenly with remaining ingredients; press down gently. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool thoroughly before cutting. Store loosely covered at room temperature. DECORATING ICING: 2/3 c. shortening 4 c. confectioners' sugar 2-4 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla or almond Cream all ingredients together. You're ready to frost cake. |
