CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks (save egg whites for meringue)
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 regular pie shell, baked

Combine ingredients in boiler. Cook on low heat. Stir constantly until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Add Meringue to pie.

Meringue:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
a dash of salt
3 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar (cut it down to 4 if you find this is too sweet)

Mix the cornstarch, the 2 tablespoons sugar and the half cup of water and cook until clear, stirring all while. This takes only a couple of minutes. Set aside to cool.

Add the dash of salt to the egg whites and whip until it stands in peaks. Now add the cornstarch mixture and beat until creamy. Gradually add the 6 tablespoons of sugar and beat again until very creamy. Put on your pie and bake at 325°F until nicely browned.
