CHEESY POTATOES 
32 oz. frozen hash browns or O'Brien potatoes
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Combine 1/2 of butter, potatoes, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Put in 9"x13" casserole. Combine crushed corn flakes and rest of butter and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
