OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. Puritan oil
4 chicken thighs
1/2 c. poultry Shake and Bake
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Lawry's Season Salt
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. paprika

Place oil in a small casserole, combine Shake and Bake with grated Parmesan cheese, seasoning and paprika. Dip chicken in milk and then in Shake and Bake mixture.

Place in casserole with oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, turn and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until tender. Makes 2 servings.
