EVER SO EASY FRUITCAKE 
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (28 oz.) jar None Such ready to use mincemeat
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand
2 c. (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside. In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients, blend in dry ingredients. Pour half the batter into each pan.

Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Glaze and garnish as desired.
